Her career began in the banking and insurance industry, where she developed hands-on experience in sales, marketing, consumer loans, mortgages, administration, and management. These diverse roles provided her with a wealth of practical skills and a common-sense approach to solving business challenges that continues to guide her work with entrepreneurs today.
Building on this foundation, Louise co-founded a multi-million-dollar computer company from the ground up. As both owner and manager, she excelled at sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating credit and financing, strengthening cash flow, leading employees, and ensuring consistent profitability. Her leadership allowed the company to grow successfully, earning recognition both locally and internationally. Len is an energetic, sports-minded leader with a passion for helping businesses succeed. For over 20 years, Len founded and led Bolen Distributing Inc., a successful London-based IT company that thrived under his direction.
Throughout his career, Len has earned multiple sales and marketing awards, demonstrating his ability to turn dream customers into long-term, profit-generating clients. He has also developed deep expertise in supplier optimization, leveraging credit lines, marketing funds, product strategies, and pricing to unlock new revenue streams and drive growth for business owners.

Tom brings over 40 years of high-level financial expertise and a practical, results-driven philosophy to every engagement. His career was forged on Bay Street in Toronto, where he developed a master-level understanding of corporate finance, research, and capital markets. Working with major Canadian banks and financial institutions, Tom specialized in raising capital, advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, and delivering data-driven insights that
simplify the most intricate analytical problems for his clients.
Building on this institutional foundation, Tom has held leadership roles at prestigious firms including RBC Capital Markets, Scotia, and Desjardins. As the former VP of Business Development at Veritas Investment Research, he specialized in forensic accounting—a skillset that allows him to see deep into the mechanics of a company’s value. This "deep dive" perspective, combined with his experience managing relationships with prominent institutional
clients and private wealth advisors, gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level finance and the needs of private business owners.
